• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Wallet & Payments

• Services are availed using your wallet balance, which you can top up through the available payment gateway.
• Wallet balance added is used solely for availing services on this platform.
• All transactions are recorded and visible in your account transaction history.
• Prices for services are as displayed at the time of the transaction and may change without prior notice.

5. Service Usage

• Services must be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable government rules and guidelines.
• You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its normal operation.
• Data submitted for any service must be genuine and authorized. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you submit.
• We act as a facilitator and are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by third-party portals or government systems.
